Design Notes

This is a composite part that uses GFP to detect the function of FleN and FleQ in the plasmid.

Use RBS to produce FleN protein and FleQ protein under the promoter Pbad and use the GFP protein under the control of Pci and Ppel in the plasmid to reflect FleN and FleQ cooperation.
